Elie used to be with Trilogy Software where he worked with Ajay Agarwal, who is now managing director of Bain Capital in Boston, which is backing the deal. Bain Capital is HUGE -- Mitt Romney used to be the chairman. Research shows that Elie and Ajay are very big players with pretty impressive backgrounds.
