As you know, I did check with Cambridge House and all I can do is apologize again (for the third time). Try to see the situation from my point of view; your profile appeared to have been copied from Amazon, there was nothing under the experience or education fields, no past Quru work, and your address was Brooklyn while the Barrett from Amazon was Austin.

And I am honored that you would consider editing my book. However, I still don't know about your qualifications. I assume you edited your own book, if so, that speaks volumes. But I have three other bids under consideration and I've asked them to send me a sample of their editing--just two or three pages. I'm uploading the manuscript so you can see exactly what you're bidding on and would like an edit sample from you if you're still interested.

And hey, if you were offended by my suspicious nature there is a consolation--I haven't forgotten your name yet.
