Haley-
Here's a revised version; I replaced Old Warsaw with Craft and rewrote the rest of the paragraph to reflect the hipness of the dining scene. Let me know if the client would like any more changes today, as I should be around to do them.
Whether first-time or frequent visitors to Dallas, guests are often overwhelmed by the sheer number of venues and events available throughout the city's distinct yet inviting communities adjacent to the Market Center environs.
Visitors to Dallas are advised to prepare for some difficult culinary decisions: Big D has more restaurants per capita than New York City. And though several of its more established culinary institutions are famous around the world, the Dallas dining scene is marked largely by dynamic competition among such cutting-edge institutions as Craft, which recently managed to recruit chef Tom Colicchio to its cause; the internationally-acclaimed chef has praised the city in general for what he correctly calls its "amazing food culture." Other, similarly high-concept dining spots abound from downtown to the suburbs; . And, then, of course, there's the Tex-Mex, a cuisine that Dallas invented and continues to develop today within the comfy confines of a thousand ultra-casual dining rooms.
Dallas is seen as a city of businessmen; it is also a city of recreation. Dance at the century-old Sons of Hermann Hall; take a jog along the unbelievably tranquil Katy Trail; drink at the Knox-Henderson area's sublimely hip watering holes; catch a cutting-edge play at the Dallas Theater Center or an art opening at the eclectic mix of galleries north of downtown; and enjoy shopping of the most unparalleled sort at NorthPark Center.
Dallas mixes business with pleasure — so should you.

Hi Barrett,
Nice job on the Dallas story for The Source. The client would like to make a revision. I've attached the edited version along with the comment. It really only requires a revision of one of the paragraphs — a few sentences. I realize this is last-minute notice, but do you think you could have this back to us tomorrow? We're working under a very tight deadline. Let me know.
Thanks,
Haley
