Howdy-

I understand that your production company is seeking scripts, so I thought I'd get in touch. I'm a Brooklyn-based freelancer whose work has appeared in dozens of publications including National Lampoon, McSweeney's, and American Atheist, and my first book, Flock of Dodos: Behind Modern Creationism, Intelligent Design, and the Easter Bunny, was released last year to praise from Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School, Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone and New York Press, Cenk Uyger of Air America Radio, and Skeptic, among other sources; my second book was announced last week and will be released this summer. I also now serve as director of communications for Enlighten the Vote, a political action committee which advocates for the Establishment Clause and which was known until recently as GAMPAC.

I'm just finishing up my first feature-length script, a political comedy that's tentatively titled Some Sort of Revolution and which concerns a band of eccentric young revolutionaries possessing wildly differing political views as well as a common conviction that the U.S. government ought to be overthrown. Please let me know if you have any interest in seeing the script upon its completion.

Thanks,
