I understand that you're looking for a writer to assist you with some
essays and to help tutor your daughter in the general discipline of
writing, and I'd like to be considered. I'm a full-time freelancer
whose work has appeared in dozens of publications and media outlets
covering a variety of topics, and my first book, Flock of Dodos:
Behind Modern Creationism, Intelligent Design, and the Easter Bunny,
was released last year to praise from Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law
School, Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone, Cenk Uyger of Air America Radio,
The Huffington Post, Skeptic, and other sources (and I'd be
italicizing all of these if I could only figure out how to do so in
gmail). In addition to my other projects, I currently serve as
director of communications for a PAC based up here in New York.

As I'm doing several political projects on a pro bono basis these
days, I could use some extra money and would be delighted to do so as
