So the letter to the Boston address wasn't returned? If it does return
as undeliverable, keep it, because I can use that to prove to ICAAN
that he's registering web addresses with false info.

i got a return receipt (and phone call) from that (incorrect) vincent
garofalo in astoria but never heard from (nor got a receipt from) the letter
we sent to the boston address.  no one signed for it either because no one
by that name lives there, or our sneaky vince lives there and has instructed
whoever answers the door not to sign.  may be something worth looking into.
