Religious schools are "extensions" of churches.  This is what the pope says
(I forget which Pope).  We oppose tax money to religious schools.  Religious
schools do not have to accept all students.   They do not have to abide by
health and safety standards.  They do not file form 990 and report to anyone
what they do with the money. They can discriminate.  THEY have the choice,
not the parents.
   If a parent wants to give their child a religious education then they can
pay for it.

   Choice in public schools is not an Establishment Clause issue.
