Dear Mr. Garofalo,

This writing serves as final notification of your debt of $5,152 for
writing services provided by my client, Barrett Brown.
After months of futile attempts at collecting payment, this shall be
your final notice before commencement of legal proceedings.  If this
matter is not resolved to our satisfaction or you have not been in
contact by the deadline below specified, we will take further legal
action.

Mr. Brown's services were employed by your company, Evote
(web.evote.com), a subsidiary of Ideacast, from October 2004 to July
2005.  He is currently owed $2,069 for services rendered in July 2005,
$615 for services rendered in August 2005, and $2,468 for services
rendered in September 2005.
The amount of this debt is not in dispute.  Laura Painter, editor of
your former site, sent repeated written assurances in late 2005 and
early 2006 that your company acknowledges the debt and will pay the
wages due.

You will be held liable for the full amount owed, subsequent damages
stemming from your continued use of the content on your website
without payment, and attorney's fees necessary to collect this debt if
no resolution of this matter by you or your company is attempted or
satisfied by the date specified below.

You have until Friday, September 19, 2008, to make full payment. If
payment is not made by 5:00pm on Friday, September 19, 2008, we will
commence legal proceedings.
Payment is to be made in FULL, in the amount of $5,152.00.

The amount of payment is non-negotiable.

My client would like to avoid litigation if possible.  Please contact
me by phone at 512.947.5712 or by email at MirnaHariz@gmail.com by
Friday, September 19, 2008 at 5:00pm in order to resolve this matter.
