Hi-

You probably wouldn't want your kids attending even the magnet public
schools in the area, as they don't seem to be very good, but the place
is very convenient to one subway and fairly convenient to another, and
thus Manhattan and its various private schools are about 15 minutes
away. Let me know if you'd still like to take a look.

Thanks,

hi,
the place sounds terrific, so long as it's not falling apart. i've got a
dog, two kids and a significant other coming from alaska oct. 1 and need a
place to put them all. i'm an instructor at columbia and can handle the rent
plus the upfront stuff. i'd love to see the place. any idea how the schools
are there?
