Yes, I can both imitate voices and improvise what they would say,
particularly Nixon (in fact, I am working on a humorous documentary in
which Nixon is reincarnated as a young Brooklynite and walks around
the city being irritated that no one believes him; I won't be using
any actors other than myself, but will rather be doing a sort of Borat
thing whereby participants don't know what's going on exactly). Powell
might be tough, but I'll check out some old speeches on YouTube. I can
make a few recordings and send them along if you'd like.
