In the last week  I have done 15 mins of consulting saving / resurrecting
more than 2 days of work at 2 different offices.   My architect friend
pointed out last night that the architecture firm will pay $$$ to have a
"code consultant" on retainer (or other such consultants – mechanical,
engineering, etc) for similar situations but they still don't value 3d
services.



This has long been our argument at studio2a – that we obviously have the
experience and resources necessary to do good work fast – but the old stodgy
architects still don't get it.  How can we sell the value of our experience
as "consultants"?
