bartybear,

i can send him a demand letter for you.  it will let him know the exact amount he owes you and that he has a certain time to contact you and pay it or we will institute legal action.
i can email it if you want, but it's better if i send it by certified mail and fax.

1.  how much exactly does he owe you?
2.  when did you do work for him? how long has he owed you the money?
2.  what is his home or primary office address? If you don't know his primary, give me the addresses/numbers you have and i'll see what i can find out.

If he doesn't pay you by the date specified, we'll sue the bastard.

kisses,
mirna

I need a warning e-mail to Vincent Garofalo, the evote.com guy who
owes me $5,000 and change and owes Bob Constanti of CNN $4,000. This
is all well documented. I'm in contact with Constantini. I also now
know that Garofalo lives here in New York and goes to a karate dojo on
23rd street. Josh and I will be joining the dojo soon. We will,
hopefully, get his physical home address. In fact, I may have that
later today. I also have the address in Boston with which his websites
are registered by way of ICANN and a domain registration service, as
well as a cell phone number that he probably uses exclusively for his
various scams and whatnot. So... what should I do, my shapely lawyer
friend?
