Tony Anglesey is an internet scam artist who appears to hail from Chicago, though he is currently operating out of Guatemala. I'm a writer based in Brooklyn, and he owes me some money for some work I did for one of his websites a while back. I believe he owes money to other people as well. His current address is:

I don't have a phone number for him in Guatemala.
