hey, you are right,  and you may not have a problem at all.  i just really do care about you.
you are a smart, strong, sane and amazing person.
in any case, you mentioned that you were going through some tough times.  even minimal drug use could be a problem that leads to other problems.  Or it may not. who knows best?

i think you should call this guy Clay at Intercare. He's great.  You can just talk to him over the phone and ask for professional advice. it is free to call and he has great advice, you should give him a ring now and tell him your situation (that you have an annoying ex-girlfriend who is over-protective and making you call!):

(212) 532-0303
Clay's extension is #328

If you would like to schedule an appointment just to get a professional opinion on how to manage stress I can go with you tomorrow to meet with someone there.  It couldn't hurt, right?  Do you have time to go tomorrow, around 2pm?

Let me know, let's go tomorrow afternoon. You have to call to schedule an appointment though first. Please do this for me. That way we will both know if you have a problem or not, and you probably don't, but it would be best just to get a second opinion so that we can not worry anymore.

Thank you in advance,

-Anna xo

I'm not laughing at you, and I appreciate your interest in my
well-being, but you are working off of incomplete data with regards to
what drugs I do and how often I do them, as well as the extent to
which I have done hard drugs in the past without getting addicted to
them or otherwise being foolish. I am not the only writer who
occasionally indulges in this sort of thing; in fact, lots of them do,
and I know this because I know quite a few writers. I wish there was a
way to make you stop worrying about me, but I suppose there's not. At
any rate, try. I am fine, Anna.
