I'll get back to you at greater length in the morning, as today is my birthday and I'm about to go hit the bars, but with regards to servers and web design and whatnot, we would not charge you for it, but rather would do it because we are very concerned about the manner in which the philosophical underpinnings of this country are being abandoned. More to the point, it is not very much trouble for us to do it. My friends build websites very quickly, and they hate people like James Dobson and would love to be involved in a project that would help to deter his wacky agenda. I'm assuming that you probably won't be able to pay me for any of this either, but the addition to my resume will be a very nice piece of compensation.
