God, I've seen some even more incredible shit along those lines recently, whereas, instead of arresting a drug addict who hit his friend on Saturday night in a Lower Manhattan bar district, three cops decided it would be more fun to stand around making fun of him and informing all the attractive chicks who were walking by that the guy probably has hep c so they shouldn't have sex with him.
