Just re-sent your fax. You may want to follow up with Haley Shapley at Prism to let her know it's there. Don't want your invoice to sit around for another 30 days and not get paid. (FYI Haley's actually a senior editor there who does a lot of assigning, but she must be who Stacey reports to there, and she always makes sure my invoices are paid, too.)
