Many thanks for your e-mail. Scuff has just had a good laugh at your last paragraph!!!

I will send your travel package off tomorrow, which means that it will arrive there on the Monday/ Tuesday will that be okay? Or shall I just send to your hotel in Cape Town. Attached is a copy of the suggest packing list etc, which will also be in your travel pack. Included in the attached document are the temperatures for each province yes it will be quite cold in the early mornings and late evenings.

Mala Mala recommends you take malaria tablets while you are there.

Please let me know if any of you have any specific dietary requirements, special requests and any medical conditions.

You can send the balance to our bank here in South Africa as per details Coenraad gave you.

Kelley,

I sent out Friday or Saturday the information you had asked me for, ie passport numbers, international flight numbers, ect. I assume you received those emails. If you have any additional info. you need, just let me know.

I wanted to give Sandy and Carrolann a list of clothing they should bring as well as any other important items you normally suggest. Could you send out that suggested list to me, and also as to the Blue Train, what is the dress for dinner ect. Same for Mala Mala. Also, could you give me the average temperatures (high and low) for the Cape, Mala Mala, and around Hilton for the time we will be there. I told Sandy I thought that in the mornings that the temp. would be around 50 degrees as a low and get up to around 80 as a high, so dressing with a layers is usually a good idea, especially in the early morning drives in Mala Mala.

Do we need to have malaria pills for Mala Mala?

I have a balance due of $10,000 and change, how do I need to pay that balance, and when ?

I have told Sandy that Mouse was really sweet, and Coenraad was an old fart, that way he would not have to change his normal behavior when we arrive. Just kidding, well not really. ( do not show Coenraad this email, or he will be worse than normal). You can show it to Mouse or Scruffy though. Again thanks for all you hard work on this trip.
