FREE PRIVATE ROOM TO WRITE, OR TEMPORARY PLACE TO
CRASH. LARGE APARTMENT ON 84TH STREET AND RIVERSIDE
DRIVE. IN MANHATTAN (2 blocks from 1,2,3 trains and
A,C,E trains). PARK ACROSS THE STREET. RIVER VIEW.
ETC.
I have to go away from May 11th thru the 23rd. And my
sister will be away too. I have a dad and a small dog.
Dad doesn't have any special needs, just a quart of
milk and some lotto tickets every couple of days. He
does everything else by himself. This is what I got
to offer if anybody is interested and can help out:
1) LARGE, SUNNY, WRITING ROOM W/BIG WINDOW (w/shades),
BIG DESK, WiFi, AND PRIVATE BATHROOM: you come and go
as you please, use it as your personal writing space.
just walk the little dog when you arrive and before
you leave. just, you need to commit to writing here 5
days a week. any 5 you want.
2) MY BEDROOM IS ALSO AVAILABLE. ALSO LARGE, 2 BIG
WINDOWS, NEW QUEEN SIZED BED, YOU SLEEP LIKE A KING:
your own key, come and go as you please, walk doggy a
couple of times a day, say hello to dad, commit to 5-7
days a week.
