An Evening With Morley Safer (11/27) CANCELLED

It is with regret that we announce the cancellation of "An Evening With Morley Safer", scheduled for November 27th.

Unforeseen circumstances caused Morley to cancel his visit with us. Our hope is that he will be able to reschedule soon.

The Press Club regrets this development and extends sincere apolgies to those members and friends who planned to attend.

Members who pre-registered on our Web site will, of course, receive a full refund, by check, promptly.

We appreciate your understanding and your forbearance.

Now's the time to mark your calendar and sign-up to attend this year's New York Press Club Foundation Holiday Party.

A festive, seasonal tradition, the Foundation's Holiday Party is a charitable event that attracts an eclectic mix of tri-state "influentials" from all walks of life.

It is a gala, convivial and often raucus event - a great schmoozing opportunity and ultimately a superb way to help brighten the season for those less fortunate. (Guests are asked to bring an unwrapped toy for charitable distribution by the Foundation).

Knosh from a sumptuous Kellari Tavern buffet of salads, surf, turf and vegetable delicacies, most with a mediterranean flair. An open bar and complimentary "goody bags" round-out what is sure to be a memorable evening.

Tickets are $75 for members, $85 for guests.
