I named it Rhapsody in White, but it can be easily changed if they don't like the name. Other options: White Nights, Snowfall Soiree. Here's the write-up below. Sorry for the delays, but I just moved to Brooklyn and it's been a big hassle. I'll have the other thing in to you a bit later today.

Rhapsody in White

As the warmer months come to an end and our tennis racquets fall into disuse as a consequence, it's natural to feel a little bummed out. No need to fret; simply come to our fete.

Here is what the chair has come up with for the holiday party. He does not really want to mention anything about the house or particulars on the entertainment. 

Key points are the "white" theme... very high energy, will be going into the late hours of the night and the transition into the "white hot".

If you could just take the below and rework it a little.
