I'm not crazy about it either, but I'd have difficulty making it any shorter, so splitting it into two might be the only way to go if it can't be printed in its entirety. If the first article ends at the *** after Rosenberg's quote about "a great spiritual awakening," and the second one begins immediately afterwards with "The first great prophet of the 20th century...," then each resulting piece could work pretty well on its own; the only change that would need to be made is replacing the passing mention of "Rosenberg" in the second piece with "CNN mainstay Joel C. Rosenberg" or some such.

Ellen-

Finally had a chance to revise the piece and implement your suggested edits for "Against the Prophets", plus I made a few other tweaks as well. I've attached it here.

Thanks,

Barrett Brown

Thanks.  I appreciate that.  I was hoping we could make it a little shorter.  My proofreaders suggested making two articles out of it.  One with the Rosenberg info. and one with the Armstrong info.  I'm not crazy about the idea.  What do you think?
