Thank you for your recent reply to my Craigslist posting. Based on the samples you have provided, I think that you may be a good fit for this project.

Each year we publish a Membership Guide for the local chapter of YPO (Young President's Association). The section that we need help with is the Educational Programs. They provide us with... date, time, location, theme, speaker and then on a couple of the events you may need to do a little online research about a speaker or a specific location (ie: hotel amenities or "not to be missed" local attractions).

I am attaching a sample of the section from last years book. FYI - this was not professional written last year but it will give you an idea of the various events and the length of the copy. This year there are 12 events.

If you are interested in the project I will need a quote from you fairly quickly. Unfortunately, we are under a tight deadline on this and will need to get preliminary copy by early next week.
