Hi, Bill-

I'm a writer for the restaurant magazine Dining Out, and I've been assigned to handle next issue's Bob's Steak and Chop advertorial, which will consist of a 300-word write-up on the restaurant itself and about 150 words on either your executive chef or owner, depending on who's more interesting. I've gotten much of the basic information I'll need from your website, but I've got a couple of questions for you:

1. Can you describe the interior of the Dallas location just a bit?

2. What sort of clientele would you say you cater to at that location? Are the customers in cowboy boots or loafers? Do you get a lot of real estate and energy types in the later evenings?

3. Do you have a resident bar? What's it like?

4. Do you have a particularly notable executive chef? If not, what can you tell me about Bob Sambol, his background, demeanor, etc?

If you could, try to get back to me this week with the info, and feel free to call me at 512-560-2302 if you find it more convenient to answer over the phone that by way of e-mail.

Thanks,

Barrett Brown
