All of the remaining Republicans are pretty busy with their gigs at the Heritage Foundation and National Review, so I'm not sure how they'd find the time to do such a thing. Maybe I will, though; that sounds like it pays off better than the standard book royalties.

I found a copy of the book last Friday at Barnes & Noble on Northwest Hwy across from Northpark Mall in Dallas. At the time of purchase they still had three copies left. I started to go back and buy them and sell them on Amazon since they are now going for $110.00 per copy used, but I decided that was probably something a Republican would do. If anyone is interested in a copy you could refer them to that B&N.
