population of the NY-NJ-CT urban area is in excess of 18,000,000, or
slightly under 1%.

Of course, the state average for people identifying themselves in a
relationship is ~32%, which makes it more like 5% ...

Hell, if 4.99999% of those women /aren't/ insane, it'll make Austin's
scene look like joining the fucking Navy.
